Counselling for Adults and Teenagers

My counselling services are designed to support people of all ages—whether you're an adult facing life's pressures, or a teenager navigating identity and relationships. I offer a calm, confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.
Whether the challenge is anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, my approach is always tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and developmental stage.
I use a range of techniques, including talking therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, creative interventions, and sand tray. Whatever the method, the aim is the same—to help clients build emotional insight, confidence, and the tools to cope with challenges more effectively.
I have particular experience supporting:
-
Autism and ADHD
-
Anxiety and OCD
-
Attachment and separation issues including school avoidance
-
Parenting and couples
-
Depression
-
Grief
-
Emotional regulation and resilience
My goal is to meet each client where they are—with warmth, clinical insight, and respect—helping them move forward with greater clarity, self-understanding, and wellbeing.
I work online or face to face. Sessions are confidential and conducted in a safe, distraction free and private environment. Sessions last for 50 minutes and weekly sessions are recommended during the early phase of therapy.
