KATY CAMERON Adult and Teen Counsellor,
Play Therapist and Academic Coach

Therapeutic support for adults, young people, and children—through words, play, and presence.
Supporting adults, teenagers, and children to thrive through counselling, coaching, and play-based therapy. Using a trauma-informed approach grounded in care, understanding, and evidence-based strategies—specialising in a wide range of mental health needs including neurodivergence, school and work-related stress, emotional wellbeing, relationships, depression, anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

How I Work

As an integrative therapist, I draw on person-centred counselling, trauma-informed practice, and creative approaches to meet the needs of each individual client.

  • With adults and teenagers, I offer evidence-based counselling for anxiety, low mood, trauma, addiction, stress, relationships, and neurodivergent experience (e.g. ADHD, autism).

  • With children (ages 4–12), I use non-directive play therapy—sand tray, art, puppetry, and storytelling—to help children process big feelings in a way that feels safe and natural.

Whether you’re 5 or 55, I meet you where you are—with respect, presence, and genuine care.
