Play is the preferred language of children
Play therapy is a natural medium for children to express themselves and to work through their feelings. Using non-directive play and creative activities, children can communicate what they cannot yet express with words. Therapeutic play enables children to make sense of their world and find healthy ways to cope with challenges. Plus, it’s a great way for children to feel understood and empowered.

A magical process
It is hard to explain the magic and powerful effect of play therapy. Using a range of tools including the Sandtray, Puppets, Paint, Music and Role-Play, Children are able to work through traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties and attachment issues.
